Best scada radio Design basic scada system Scada and electricity data captured

If the project encompasses large area to be surveyed and human surveillance in not possible in such case, then one needs long distance SACDA radio networks to be employed for sending the data collected from remote sensors to central unit.

When area under surveillance is hundreds of kilometres such as in case of petroleum pipeline, the only feasible solution is long distance Scada GSM.  Most important requisite for long range Scada GSMs is ability to transmit the data to long distance.

For such purposes, repeaters are used as line of sight is limited to 5 miles. Repeaters are radio transmitters which act as boosters for signals as signals tend to get weak after travelling certain amount of distance. Thus repeaters boost the attenuated signals and again transmit them to next repeater/ central system.

There are specific buttons which are associated with certain buttons and in a moment of time with the interplay of these buttons, you can generate your SCADA screens. Moreover, some software allow drag and drop feature for OPC tags from OPC server directly either via Internet or Ethernet.

One should take best care while developing SCADA screens as the main purpose of these screens is to monitor the data in a real time and any major/minor mistake in creation of screen can play havoc with the output and your whole design can go astray as over representation/ under representation of any type of one parameter can lead to fallacious results.

Also, one should not be hesitant in using software for creating of screens as they make the task of creation of error free pretty easy and one can monitor the data live.
